Key Responsibilities:

• Development on the following:
  • New applications or new features to existing applications
  • Applications in accordance to organisation-established standards, architecture and practices.
• Collaboration with:
  • Solution Architecture to apply frameworks, patterns, and new technologies in application.
  • Technical Support to analyse, troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Quality Control to ensure rectification of defects and closure of software bugs.
  • Database Administration to ensure well-optimised database designs and queries.
  • Infrastructure division/customers to ensure successful deployment and configuration of applications.
• Produce well-organised, optimised, documented and version-controlled source
• Perform rigorous unit testing on developed code to meet quality metrics
• Maintain and support existing applications.
• Debug and fix code issues.
• Participate in requirement specifications, design, testing and implementation.
• Adapt to different software development methodologies.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge to improve job performance.

Key Experience, Skills, and Education:

• At least 3 years of working experience in web application development using ASP.NET.
• Good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
• Personality traits – pleasant personality, good attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous, result-oriented, responsible, independent, trustworthy, ethical, problem solving and team player.
• Technical knowledge – Visual Studio, the C# programming language, Object-
• Oriented Programming, T-SQL.
• Experience in MSMQ, ASM Web Services, WCF and REST is an added advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Good attitude with the passion and willingness to pick-up new technologies
• Possess Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Computer), Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
