Job Description:

  • Identify opportunities and leads generation for new business development.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process to close business opportunities – understanding customer’s needs, providing relevant proposals, post-sales support activities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers for continuous services.
  • Develop strategies to expand company’s customer base.
  • Produce and report monthly and weekly required sales reports.


  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the training industry.
  • Highly goal oriented.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in consultative sales.
