Overview

Looking for Trust Administrators (Operations) to conduct daily operational activities, specifically in assisting the processing of applications for clients intending to set up trusts/ wills and or any other estate planning solution with us. Key responsibilities include applying policies for efficient internal controls, performing specific client on boarding processes, aiding in the preparation and distribution of client estate planning documentation and ability to work other teams where necessary. The candidate must also be familiar with current know your customer policies and also anti-money laundering regulations, to always ensure that processes are compliant from a regulatory perspective

 

Responsibilities

  • Apply and utilise company policies to ensure the processing of client applications are efficiently conducted
  • Apply and utilise company internal controls to be in cognizance with current regulations (e.g. PDPA, AML, TA, CA, ISA, TCA)
  • Identify operational performance issues and suggest improvements to Seniors
  • Assist in the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
  • Ability to use relevant screening protocols for monitoring potential or existing clients.
  • Effectively managing workflows to produce outputs in accordance with the timelines required by the company

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience as a Process Executive Operations Executive
  • Knowledge of know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) practices
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Degree qualification in the relevant field
