Responsibilities

• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure
• Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Support developers on infrastructure setup and configurations
• Ensure all deployments and infrastructure changes have minimal impacts
• Identify technical problems and fix infrastructure related issues
• Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Perform system maintenance and updates/upgrades

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Experience in container technologies preferably docker
• Experience in server administration (Linux & Windows)
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS & Alibaba)
• Proficient with git and git flow
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL (MongoDB, MySQL & MariaDB)
• Good knowledge in deployment process using Dockers, Jenkins and other tools.
• Hands on Experience in Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge in automation tools (Ansible & Terraform)
• Problem-solving attitude
