Job Description:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Network Engineering of other related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FTTx FTK (Full Turnkey), Optical Fiber Cable, ODN is preferred.
• Familiar with basic network technologies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office in Word, Excel and PPT.
• Candidate must be able to work in KL.
  
  

  Job descriptions

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, dedicated for Telekom FTTx FTK (Full Turnkey Project), and Optical Fiber Cable & ODN distribution to local market.
• Research and manage consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them, and build CRM (Client Relationship Management) for both Telekom and other local ES company.
• Liaising with Product Managers (HQ) to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting marketing goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts based on the balance of stock.
• Setting timelines for deliverables, monitor and manage the E2E delivery from HQ to client (Configuration,
• Manufacturing Monitor, Shipment Monitor, Testing and Inspection Management and Delivery Note, etc.), manage client satisfaction properly.
• Liaise with the sales team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
• Capable to prepare sales proposals and train other team members from time to time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or task as and when required.
